Skills for Life

As Scouts, we believe in preparing young people with skills for life. We bring communities together and contribute to society. Above all, we aim to build better futures.

Welcome to Greater London North Scouts

The Scouts are the UK’s biggest mixed youth organisation. Greater London North is one of the most diverse Scout Counties in the UK, with land, sea and air Scouts and both Non-denominational Scout Groups and those dedicated to various faiths.

We encourage young people to do more, learn more and be more. Each week we help thousands of young people aged 6-25 enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed, now and in the future.

Adult volunteers

The Scouts award-winning training scheme for volunteers means that adults get as much from Scouts as young people.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
