COUNTY AGM – TUESDAY 4TH JULY 2023 AT 7.00PM

To the GLN Membership

The Greater London North Scout County Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 4th July 2023 at Dockland Scout Project (Lord Amory, 631 Manchester Road, Docklands E14 3NU).

There will be tours of the area beginning at 5pm, followed by the AGM at 7pm.  There will be further tours of the area after the meeting and a barbeque hosted by the DSP to which all are invited.

Here is a link to the Registration Form where you can register your intention to attend the meeting, either in person or via zoom, or to give your apologies.

AGM supporting documents are also attached to this circular, namely theAGM Agenda, the draft Minutes of the 2022 AGM and the Final Accounts for 2022.  Here is also a link to the Scouts Model Constitution which we plan to adopt at the meeting.

Any AOB must be submitted by 2pm on the day of the AGM, either through the registration form or by emailing secretary@gln-scouts.org.uk.
