Get a Jack Petchey Table Tennis Table!

Please see this information below from the Jack Petchey Foundation regarding a scheme that they are running in conjunction with Table Tennis England. Please feel free to share with your Groups/Units who can apply by following the links below. Applications should be made using our ‘GLN Scouts name’ (not using an individual Group or District name) as it is GLN who participate in the JP Achievement Award scheme.

Table Tennis England are happy to announce that the table donation scheme applications are now open. The partnership with the Jack Petchey Foundation is back to provide schools and youth clubs with the ability to apply for both indoor and outdoor table and equipment packages, as well as resource packs worth thousands. The following schemes, which are free of charge, are also currently open for applications;

Training course programme – Access a free Young Leaders Award course that supports students to develop their skill and knowledge in table tennis.

Girls-only coaching programme – Be allocated a local coach to deliver a six-week training programme exclusively to female students to learn key table tennis skills.
