Russ Dyble - Development Officer

Our Local Development Officer (LDO) is Russ Dyble, who started working for GLN in May 2007, initially on a three year contract.

His role is to support Groups / Districts in 8 priority areas:

  • Opening new groups / sections
  • Increasing youth membership
  • Recruiting adult volunteers
  • Reducing waiting lists
  • Increasing representation from BME communities
  • Increasing female membership
  • Improving programme quality
  • Supporting Groups / Districts write (and act on) development plans
